SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

COUNSELING
Individual, marriage and family counseling in private practice and affiliated with Family Physicians' group practice. Support and group counseling with adults and adolescents in wide variety of settings.

TRAINING and CONSULTATION
Extensive training provided to human services personnel in communications, family dynamics, sexuality, child sexual abuse, and related topics. Conducted educational groups for general public on parenting, family communications and sexuality.

ADMINISTRATION
Developed and directed substance abuse prevention/mental health education program in rural setting. Developed and coordinated staff development program for 135 multi-level human service employees.

CASEWORK
Managed juvenile probation caseload averaging 30 client families involving delinquency, child protective services and custody disputes.
